I'm going to try my hardest not to sound conseeded in this post so here it goes...
I would like to think I know my true abilites. I think im a generally good person. I try to be nice and help out. There are very few times I'm down or don't have a smile on my face or a song in my heart. I try to be considerate of everybodys feelings but thats easier said then done.
I'm extremly insecure. Thats a real big problem even if I don't show it. I sometimes get to cocky and as Ms.Montrose put it "to big for my britches". I get jealos of other people and somtimes I feel like I'm an attention hog. I'm also a know-it-all. Sometimes I speak when I'm not supposed to and things slip out.
I'm not quite sure what "are you realistic about how others view you" means but I'll take a shot. I think it means do I know how other people look at me. I know not eveyone likes me but I have my friends and there always there for me. Some people hate me for the flaws I listed and some people love me (or dont because not everyone like my singing) for all the positve things about me. No one is ever liked by everone. I would like to say I don't care about the people that don't like me , but that would be a lie.
life kicks you around sometimes it scares you and beats you up but theres that one day when you relize your not just a survivor your a fighter your tougher than anything life throws your way -one tree hill
I know the questions are "do you recognize your true abilities? What are they?" but I found an insirational video about abilities and what they truly are. This kid is absolutely amazing. He has so many flaws but he doesn't even care and he knows that he has great abilities.
I showed that video last year, great minds think alike! That kid knows his abilities, but he has no limits. Once again, Mo shows she is a thinker. Nice job!
Marci you have tons of great abilities. You don't give in too anything, you are nice, your the only person I know who can handle that many animals at a time and still want more. You may have flaws but I bet most people have more. You and everyone else are only human. Give yourself some credit. Your cool. Alex A
I'll comment on this one just because it's supposed to be a "tough one" and I don't want to back down to the challenge. This is a tough one... It's hard to say who I am because like all humans we don't exactly know who we are. I change every day. But the things that always stick the same are the things on the outside. I had a conversation with one of my friends this year about how sometimes we don't need to look on the inside of people. People always say don't judge a book by it's cover but sometimes "it doesn't matter who we are on the inside but what we do that defines us"- qoute from Batman Begins. The only things that I can really say I'm realalisticly confident in are the things that are facts, and even facts get dissagreed with.
I'd have to say that I don't really know my true ablities. I am good at a few things but not great, so what would my abilities be then?
I am absolutely certain that I have flaws, everybody does. I probabl have lots of flaws that I just don't know yet ecase I am only 13. Then again I do know most of my flaws.
I can be terribly self-conscience when I am around kids older then me or if I don't now someone. I can also be... well mean is the best way to put it. Sometimes I just ge so tempermental around people. That's the one thing I want to change most about myself, because once I get that down I think the first one might be a little less of a problem.
I really don't know how oher people look at me. Being the new girl, I could only hope that people wouldn't judge me before they got to know, but I didn't know if they would or not and that is another reason why I am so self-conscience, because I do care what people think of me. It's like one big cycle of things. If I could just take one out then I think everything else would just subside until they were nothing. -Taylor
